A unique mixture of learning and play!

Little Lab Preschool and Child Care is owned by a couple of educators, Ernie and Mary, who believe young children are so ready to learn. Because of their education and experiences, they have written the Science and Math curriculum Little Lab uses daily. This curriculum is hands-on/minds-on/words-on and designed to get children thinking, problem solving, and most of all, talking, writing, or drawing pictures about their discoveries. When doing these activities, children get their own set of materials.
Even though learning occurs throughout the day, our educational portion occurs in the morning when children are more ready to learn. |

Little Lab is built upon these 3 beliefs:
- We believe learning is ongoing throughout the day. Whether children are playing with their peers, experimenting, or simply washing their hands, they are learning all the time.
- We believe choices are a great way for children to learn how to manage their behavior.
- We believe our program will help children learn critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
