Mary and Ernie Batson- Founders & Owners of Little Lab
Mary and Ernie have dedicated their lives to learning about children. Everything from the way they learn, to the way they communicate, to the way they behave. Ernie has his Undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University and his Masters' Degrees are in Early Childhood and Special Education. Mary has her Undergraduate Degree in Developmental Psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore Campus and her Masters' Degree in Reading Progress Management from The George Washington University. While there is always more to learn, these two have a pretty good handle on what children need to be successful in the classroom and in life. For those of you who them, you know their passion is teaching young children and helping them reach success. Even though Mary isn't involved in the day-to-day operations, her influence is felt and brings a smile to children's faces.

Hannah is our new Lead Teacher and Director. With 8+ years of experience in early childhood education and a degree in Psychology under her belt, she feels so fortunate to be teaching our student's to find the joy in learning.
